Ye rahe ingredients:

Mawa - 1.5 liter milk se bana ~ 270g
Channa / Soft Paneer - 500 ml milk se bana ~ 80g
Maida - ¼ cup
Milk powder - ¼ cup (optional)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar / Cheeni - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder / Elaichi - ½ tsp
Pani - soft karne ke liye
Pista + Sugar mixed well - 2 tbsp

Sugar / Cheeni - 2 cups / 400g
Water / Paani - 2 cups
Kesar - thora sa
Rose Water / Gulab Jamun - 1 tsp

Ghee - gulab jamun talne ke liye
