Cake base (蛋糕底):
100g Marie biscuits (马里饼)
65g melted butter (溶解牛油)
Cream cheese filling (芝士馅):
250g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
60g caster sugar (细砂糖)
250g mango puree (芒果泥)
3 tsp gelatine powder (鱼胶粉)
60ml water (水)
150g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1 mango, diced (1粒芒果,切丁)
Ingredients for Pudding(布丁材料):
100g mango puree (芒果泥)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
2 1/2 tsp gelatine powder (鱼胶粉)
50ml water (水)
70g whipping cream(动物性鲜奶油)
2 drops of yellow colouring (2滴黄色素)- optional (随意)
For garnishing(装饰):
1/2 tsp instant jelly powder (即溶啫哩粉)
1 tsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 tbsp water (水)
